Welcome to Nu Oasis Guest House & Restaurant (“Nu Oasis”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By making a reservation, visiting our premises, dining at our restaurant, or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 Reservations are only confirmed once payment or proof of payment has been received.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3.1 Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
3.2 We accept EFT, cash, and other approved payment methods.
3.3 All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
4.1 Check-in time: From [14:00]
4.2 Check-out time: Before [10:00]
4.3 Late check-out may incur additional charges.
Guests must present valid identification upon check-in.
5.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
5.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period.
5.3 No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

6.1 Guests must behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times.
6.2 Excessive noise, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
6.3 Nu Oasis reserves the right to refuse service to any person violating house rules.
7.1 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furnishings, or equipment.
7.2 Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
7.3 Nu Oasis is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
8.1 While reasonable security measures are in place, guests park vehicles at their own risk.
8.2 Guests must comply with all safety procedures and emergency instructions.
9.1 Day-use bookings are subject to availability and time limits.
9.2 Food and beverage vouchers included in packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10.1 Table reservations are recommended, especially during weekends and special promotions.
10.2 Nu Oasis reserves the right to limit seating duration during peak periods.
11.1 No outside food or beverages are permitted unless prior approval is granted.
11.2 Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
11.3 Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
12.1 Deposits may be required for group bookings or private events.
12.2 Cancellation of events may attract cancellation fees.
12.3 Final guest numbers must be confirmed prior to event date.
13.1 Information on our website is provided for general purposes only.
13.2 Nu Oasis reserves the right to update pricing, services, and policies without prior notice.
14.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
14.2 Personal information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.

Nu Oasis shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government regulations, or civil unrest.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
